富硒丹参中硒氨基酸含量的测定

Determination of Selenoamino Acids in Se-enriched Salvia Miltrorrhiza

  • 摘要: 硒蛋氨酸通过两步衍生化反应生成沸点较低的化合物,采用气相色谱法对其进行分析测定.该方法在0.1~10ng范围内具有良好的线性,检出限为0.04ng.在该实验条件下,重现性好,灵敏度高.以硒蛋氨酸计测定富硒丹参中硒氨基酸总量,取得良好的结果,有望成为富硒丹参中硒氨基酸总量质量控制的有效方法.

     

    Abstract: Se-Met was converted to volatile compounds through a two step derivatization reactions.The volatile compounds was determined by GC and an excellent linear concentration range of 0.1~10 ng with a low detection limit of 0.04 ng was obtained.Under experiment conditions,the method has a good recovery and high sensitivity,excellent results were obtained to determine the total number of selenoamino acids in Se-enriched salvia miltrorrhiza by accounting with Se-Met.It is expected to be an effective method to control the selenoamino acids quantity of Se-enriched salvia miltrorrhiza.
