Quercetin Metal Complexes and Their Biological Activity

  • 摘要: 槲皮素具有广泛的药理活性,可与许多金属离子螯合成稳定的环状配合物.目前,国内外共合成35个槲皮素金属配合物,其中主族元素5个:Mg、Ca、Al、Se和Pb;副族16个:V、Sc、Cr、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Mn、Y、Mo、Cd、Ag、Pt、Au和Hg;稀土金属14个:La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb和Lu.它们有的具有抗肿瘤活性、有的具有抗炎抗菌作用、有的具有抗氧化和抗自由基活性等.

     

    Abstract: Quercetin have wide pharmaceutical activities.It can chelate into a stable cycle complex with metal ions.So far,35 quercetin metal complexes have been synthesized all over the world,in which there are 5 main group elements: Mg、Ca、Al、Se and Pb;16 vice group elements:V、Sc、Cr、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Mn、Y、Mo、Cd、Ag、Pt、Au and Hg;and 14 rare earth elements: La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb and Lu.Research has shown that some quercetin metal complexes have resist neoplasm activity,antisepsis and inflammation activity,and inoxidizable and free radical activity.
