β-环糊精与3-十二烷氧-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵的包结作用

  • 摘要: 用表面张力法和电导法测定了不同温度下β-环糊精 (β-CD)与阳离子表面活性剂 3 -十二烷氧基 -2 -羟丙基三甲基氯化铵 ( R1 2 TAC)的包结作用 .结果表明 ,β-CD使 R1 2 TAC溶液的表面张力升高 ,最大可接近水的表面张力值 .β-CD与 R1 2 TAC主要形成 1∶ 1的包结物 .实验体系的表观临界胶束浓度 ( cmc* )与 β-CD呈线性关系 .2 98、3 0 3和 3 0 8K时的包结常数分别为 2 3 60、2 780和 3 0 5 0 L/mol.根据 Van' t Hoff方程计算的包结过程的热力学参数证明 ,包结过程主要来自于熵驱动

     

    Abstract: The association of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) with cationic surfactant 3-dodecyloxy-2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (R_(12)TAC)under different temperature were measured by use of surface tension and conductance methods.At fixed concentrations R_(12)TAC ,the surface tension increases with an increase of β-CD concentration.It is concluded that β-CD shaped chiefly the inclusion complexes of 1∶1 with the R_(12)TAC.
