摘要: 通过室内比较试验，对硫磺菌（Laetiporussulphureus（Fr.）Murrill）LHJ1菌株的母种及原种培养基进行了筛选.研究表明，此菌株在供试的各种培养基上均可生长，但生长状况存在差异，其最佳母种培养基为配方⑥（蛋白胨葡萄糖综合培养基），较好的原种培养基为配方①、⑤（木屑、玉米粒培养基）.
