利用重革废水中植物鞣剂合成金属离子吸附剂的研究

Study on metal-ion sorbent made from tannic acid in tannery sewage

  • 摘要: 利用制革行业回收的植物鞣剂与一定量的甲醛在温度为 45~ 60℃的范围内所形成的聚合物 ,经在 1 2 0℃下烘制成多孔的金属离子吸附剂 ,吸附速度快 ,吸附容量大 ,吸附过程符合弗里恩得里奇吸附等温式q=3 .45 C0 .2 541 .吸附饱和后 ,用浓度较高的盐酸或硫酸洗脱再生 ,吸附效果并无明显的改变

     

    Abstract: The sorbent is a kind of polymer that is made from tannic acid and formaldehyde (active temperature of 45~60 ℃,formed temperature of 120℃).This sorbent has fast absorbing speed,high capability.Absorbing process accords with Freundlich's equation:q=3.45C 0.2541 .
