摘要: 采用碱土金属氧化物MgO和稀土金属氧化物CeO2修饰工业微球硅胶,并以此作载体负载镍活性组分.分别在流化床和固定床反应器中考察了该催化剂对甲烷临氧CO2重整制合成气反应的催化性能及稳定性.结果表明,MgO、CeO2修饰SiO2后有助于镍的分散,载体表面的酸性降低有助于减少积炭.两种反应器的反应结果对比表明,流化床内的催化剂颗粒始终处于氧化-还原循环之中,有助于消除催化剂床层热点和消除积炭,是适合甲烷临氧直接转化制合成气的反应器.Abstract: Commercial available SiO_2 was modified by MgO and CeO_2 and was used as support to prepare nickel based catalyst. Catalytic performance and stability of Ni/MgO-CeO_2-SiO_2 were investigated for reforming of methane with CO_2 and O_2 to produce syngas, in fluidized bed and fixed bed reactor, respectively.
