球形复合材料处理氨氮废水研究

摘要: 以几种非金属矿材料经不同的配比成型后,高温活化制成强度高而质轻的球形复合材料.探讨复合材料加入量、氨氮初始浓度、吸附时间、溶液pH值对复合材料吸附氨氮的影响.结果表明,在复合材料投加量小于3 g/L,pH值低于7.0,接触时间1 h之内,氨氮初始浓度不高于30 mg/L条件下,复合材料对氨氮的去除率逐渐升高.且球形复合材料易分离,可重复使用,作为一种负载生物膜基料用于废水处理应有很好的应用前景Abstract: High strength and lightweight globular composites were prepared from different ratios of non-metallic mineral materials by activated treatment at high temperature.The influence factors of ammonium nitrogen absorption were studied.The results showed that the removal efficiency increased when the initial concentration and the time of absorption increased,when the initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen is less than 30 mg/L and the adsorption time is less than 1h,and pH value of solution is less ..
