Studies on the Spectrophotometric Determination of Vanadium with 2,5-di(2-phenol)-1,3,4-thiadiazole

摘要: 研究了在两性表面活性剂十二烷基二甲基氧化胺(OB-2)存在下,钒(VO2+)与新合成试剂2,5-二(邻羟苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑的显色条件及应用,建立了测定钒的新方法.在pH4.6 HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,钒(VO2+)与2,5-二(邻羟苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑反应生成1∶3黄绿色配合物,最大吸收波长为415 nm,加入OB-2后,最大吸收波长红移至480 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.80×104L.mol-1.cm-1,钒(V)含量在0.1~2.4μg/mL范围内服从比耳定律,可用于煤样和烟叶中钒的测定,回收率在97.9%~102.6%之间.Abstract: The color reaction of 2,5-di(2-phenol)-1,3,4-thiadiazole with vanadium was studied.In the prescence of OB-2 and HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH 4.6),2,5-di(2-phenol)-1,3,4-thiadiazole can react with vanadium(VO_2~+) to form a stable 1∶3 complex.The molar absorptivity is 6.80×10~4 L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1) at 480 nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.1~2.4 μg/mL.Trace amount of vanadium in tobacco leaf and coal sample have been determined by proposed method and the results obtained are satisfactory.
