对苯二酚在氧化石墨烯修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为及测定

Determination and Electrochemical Behavior of Hydroquinone at Graphene Oxide Modified Glassy Carbon

  • 摘要: 将分散在水中的氧化石墨烯滴涂到玻碳电极制成修饰电极.用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法对对苯二酚在该修饰电极的电化学行为进行了研究.在pH值为6.5的磷酸盐缓冲液中,该修饰电极对对苯二酚具有良好的电催化作用.分别对氧化石墨烯的用量、支持电解质、pH和扫描速度等实验条件进行了优化.在优化条件下,对苯二酚的氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0~100.0μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.989.信噪比为3时,检出限为0.1μmol/L.将该方法应用于模拟水样中对苯二酚的测定,回收率为97.6%~103.5%

     

    Abstract: An electrochemical sensor was fabricated by coating graphene oxide on glassy carbon electrode.The electrochemical behavior of hydroquinone(HQ) at the modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltametry and different pulse voltametry.The modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity for the redox of HQ in phosphate buffer solution at pH 6.5.The experimental conditions including amount of graphene oxide,supported electrolyte,buffer solution pH and scan rate were optimized.Unde...
