Abstract: The index system of teaching evaluation is established.The judgement matrix for factors of every level is also constructed. The maximum eigenvalue and its eigenvector are calculated and the consistency of the judgement matrix is verified. Finally, the teaching evaluation index is evaluated by Fuzzy mathematic method. The computer software of the model is programmed and computer operation of the teaching evaluation is realized.
