Catalytic synthesis of ethyl cinnamate with TiSiW_(12) O_(40) /TiO_2

  • 摘要: 报道了以固载杂多酸盐 Ti Si W12 O40 / Ti O2 为催化剂 ,对以肉桂酸和乙醇为原料合成肉桂酸乙酯的反应条件进行了研究 .实验结果表明 ,Ti Si W12 O40 / Ti O2 具有良好的催化活性 ,最佳反应条件为 :醇酸物质的量比为 9:1 ,催化剂的用量为反应物料总量的 2 .0 % ,反应时间 3.0 h,上述条件下 ,肉桂酸乙酯的产率为 5 8.7% .

     

    Abstract: The catalytic activities of TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 in synthesizing ethyl cinnamate are reported. It has been demonstrated that TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 is an excellent catalyst. Various factors concerned in this reaction have been investigated. The optimum conditions have been found, that is, the molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 9:1, the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants 2.0 %, the reaction temperature 75 85 ℃, and the reaction time 3.0 h.
