聚乙烯亚胺/石英砂包覆体的固化动力学及结构形态研究
Study on the Curing Kinetics and Structural Modality of Polyethyleneimine/Quartz Sand Coated Product

摘要: 以聚乙烯亚胺为预聚体,环硫氯丙烷为固化剂,在明胶分散作用下制备了聚乙烯亚胺/石英砂包覆体.研究该包覆体的两相固化过程,提出了两相固化动力学方程式(1-a=A/t+B),并用计算机拟合来评价该模型的可靠性.用X射线光电子能谱表征固化后的表面结构,用红外光谱表征固化物表面基团,并用生物显微镜揭示了包覆体的物理结构.结果表明要得到均匀、稳定的包覆体,必须有易在介质中分散的核,且初始固化速度快、完全固化时间短.Abstract: Polyethyleneimine(PEI)/Quartz sand coated product was prepared using PEI as prepolymer,chloromethylthiirane as curing agent and gelatin as disperser.Two-phase curing process of coated body was studied and a two-phase curing kinetic equation(1-a=A/t + B) proposed.The reliability of the model was evaluated by the computer fitting.The curing process of PEI and chloromethylthiirane was studied,the surface structure after curing was characterized by X-ray photoelectron energy spectrum analysis,the surface group was characterized by infrared spectrum analysis and the physical structure of the coated body was revealed by biomicroscopy.The results show that nucleus easily dispersed in the medium,the rapid initial curing speed and short complete curing time are needed in order to obtain uniform and stable coated body.
