Abstract: The paper studied the existence of positive solution for the semipositone singular second-order three-point boundary value problem-u″=λh(t)f(t,u)+λg(t,u),0t1,u(0)=αu(η),u(1)=αu(η) based on the well-known Guo-Krasnoselskii’s fixed-point theorem in cones.
