平面波通过透镜-微小矩形光阑的衍射

Diffraction of Plane Wave by an Optical Lens and a Small Square Aperture

  • 摘要: 基于矢量瑞利—索末菲衍射理论,推出了激光束通过微小矩形透镜-光阑系统的非傍轴及傍轴传输的近场和远场解析表达式.根据所得到的解析结果,对横向及轴上的光强分布进行了有关数值计算.结果显示:当光阑尺寸远大于激光波长且等效菲涅耳数较小时,傍轴理论有效;光阑孔径与激光波长可比拟时,必须要考虑激光传输的非傍轴效应.

     

    Abstract: Base on the vectorial Rayleigh-Sommerfeid diffraction integrals,analytical expressions of plane waves with unity amplitude propagating through a thin lens followed by one small circular aperture are derived,for the non-paraxial and paraxial approach.Using these expressions,numerical calculations of the transverse distribution of optical intensity and the distribution on the axis have been done.It is found that the non-paraxial approach should be applied if the aperture dimension is comparable with the wavelength,and paraxial approach should be applied if the aperture dimension is larger than the wavelength.
