Abstract: By comparative examinations,the B2 strains of endophytic fungi of chestnut dry rot pathogen D1 inhibition characteristics were studied.The B2 strains species was identified using morphological and molecular biological methods.The results show that B2 mycelium cells and culture medium contain antifungal ingredients which inhibit the growth of chestnut dry rot pathogen and the spore germination,respectively.This strain on the PDA culture medium,presenting white,villose but without pigment,is one k...
