Abstract: This paper mainly recommends the sending and monitoring system of the warning information of the district based on one-chip computer and serial interface.The communication of this system has adopted SD-980M3 administrative center and PC communication agreement,with AT89S52 chip responsible for the collecting and sending the warning information;realized the receiving and control of the message with PC end of the location machine.
