摘要: 对巴西彩龟进行强迫潜水呼吸试验,用常规水化学定量分析法测定水呼吸交换量.结果表明:巴西彩龟水呼吸时排出二氧化碳比摄氧更重要,二氧化碳排出量显著多于摄氧量.潜水过程中的摄氧量大小随体重的增大而增大,随温度的升高而降低.Abstract: The respiration of forced submergence of Trachemys scripta was carried out. The amount of aquatic respiratory gas exchange were determined by routine chemical quantitative water analysis methods. The results showed that carbon dioxide output is more important than oxygen uptake. And carbon dioxide output is much more than oxygen uptake when trachemys scripta are going under water.
