Abstract: The estimation for the population mean under PPS sampling scheme and the product estimation for population mean under simple random sampling scheme are two often methods in practice. Their theoretical research is very rich too. In the present paper, the efficiency of this two estimation is comparied in case that interest index and size index being negative related.
