Abstract: The notion for vector-valued multiresolution analysis and orthonormal vector-valued wavelets with scale=3 of space L~2(R,C~s) is introduced.By using paraunitary vector filter bank theory and matrix theory,some necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of orthogonal vector-valued wavelets are derived.
