Abstract: The paper chooses 5 subsystems including 40 indexes,analyzes the tourism comprehensive competitive power of Henan with statistical software SPSS13.0,and takes a clustering analyzing to find out the position and the shortage of the tourism development in Henan. The results show that the tourism comprehensive competitiveness of Henan is not as strong as Guangdong,and the main reason is that economy development level of Henan is lower than the latter.
