钯的三元离子缔合物与铈(Ⅳ)、钼(Ⅵ)、锡(Ⅳ)、镁(Ⅱ)和钛(Ⅳ)的浮选分离研究

Study on Floatation Separation of Pd(Ⅱ) from Ce(Ⅳ) ,Mo(Ⅵ) ,Sn(Ⅳ) ,Mg(Ⅱ) and Ti(Ⅳ) with a Ternary Ass

  • 摘要: 在水溶液中,Pd(Ⅱ)与溴化钾和四丁基溴化铵形成不溶于水的三元离子缔合物,此三元缔合物浮于盐水相上层形成界面清晰的液-固两相,当溶液中溴化钾和四丁基溴化铵的浓度分别为1.5×10-2mol.L-1和2.0×10-3mol.L-1、pH1时,Pd(Ⅱ)被定量浮选.Ce(Ⅳ)、Mo(Ⅵ)、Sn(Ⅳ)、Mg(Ⅱ)和Ti(Ⅳ)离子在该体系中不被浮选,实现了Pd(Ⅱ)与这些离子的定量分离,对合成水样中Pd(Ⅱ)的定量浮选分离测定,结果满意.

     

    Abstract: The flotation separation behavior of Pd(Ⅱ) in potassium bromide-tetrabutyl ammonium bromide system and the conditions for the separation of Pd(Ⅱ) from other metal ions were studied. The results showed that Pd(Ⅱ) could be quanttiatively separated from Ce(Ⅳ) 、Mo(Ⅵ) 、 Sn(Ⅳ) 、Mg(Ⅱ) and Ti(Ⅳ) by flotation when the concentrations of potassium bromide and tetrabutylammonium bromide in solution were 1.5×10-2 mol·L-1 and 2.0×10-3 mol·L-1,at pH1,respectively.The method has been used for the separation and deteminatio...
