快速城市化进程中河南省域生态安全动态评价

The Dynamic Evaluation of Ecological Security during the Process of Rapid Urbanization in Henan Prov

  • 摘要: 基于生态足迹理论构建区域生态安全评价模型,并对河南省1995—2008年的生态足迹和生态安全变化进行了动态的定量评价.研究结果表明:河南省人均生态足迹从1995年的1.258 8 hm2增加到2008年的2.613 2 hm2,其中同期化石能源足迹增加了3倍,是人均生态足迹迅速提升的主导因素.人均生态赤字在2000年后进入快速增长阶段,8年间从人均1.161 6 hm2提高到2.113 7 hm2,导致省域生态安全指数从-1.675 0迅速降低到-2.373 5,表明快速城市化进程中河南省域社会经济发展具有鲜明的不可持续性特征,生态环境始终处于极不安全状态,且有恶化趋势.最后提出了削减生态足迹、降低能耗和维护生态安全的对策建议.

     

    Abstract: Based on the ecological footprint theory,this paper constructed an evaluation model for regional ecological security assessment,and quantitatively evaluated the dynamic changes of ecological foot and ecological security in Henan province during the year from 1995 to 2008.The results show that the per capita ecological footprint in Henan province has been increased from 1.258 8 hm2 in 1995 to 2.613 2 hm2 in 2008.The main reason is that the fossil-energy footprint increased 3-fold during the same ..
