荧光猝灭法快速测定环境水中痕量铬(Ⅲ)

摘要: 在NH4C l-NH3.H2O缓冲溶液介质中铬(Ⅲ)能使荧光试剂水杨醛缩氨基硫脲荧光强度降低,降低的程度随铬(Ⅲ)含量的增加而增大,据此建立了测定痕量铬(Ⅲ)的荧光分析方法.其铬(Ⅲ)的量在20.0~260.0μg/L范围内与△F呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为:13.6μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.12%.该方法操作简便、反应迅速、灵敏度高,可直接用于自来水,池塘水及工业废水中铬(Ⅲ)的测定.Abstract: Salicylic aldehyde thiosemicarbazone was quenched by Cr(Ⅲ) in the medium of ammonium chloride and ammonia,the degree of quenching increases with the content of nitrite ion increases.A method based on fluorescence quenching for determination of trace Cr(Ⅲ) was proposed.The detection limit was 13.6 μg/L and the linear range of determination is 20.0~220.0 μg /L.The proposed method is simple and highly sensitive for determination of trace Cr(Ⅲ) in water samples of industrial,water supply and well.
