  • 摘要: 通过对双面金属包覆介质波导色散方程的微扰近似,得到当波导层为亚毫米量级时有N→0超高阶导模与偏振无关的特性.并定义了灵敏度,同时得到了灵敏度与有效折射率、厚度、波长和介电常数的关系,当有效折射率趋于零时,超高阶导模具有极高的灵敏度
