Abstract: According to the present,this paper pointed out the necessity and urgency of construction of the second xingjiang land survey remote sensing database system,and introduced a method of Xinjiang second land survey remote sensing database system by the tools of GIS,WEB and data compression;and also designed the content,structure,requirements and interface of Xinjiang Remote sensing image database and management system,and solved the problems of massive data compression and storage performance.
