产权权益安排与民族文化旅游资源所有者满意程度研究——以连南瑶族自治县三排瑶寨景区为例

摘要: 根据产权理论,并以连南瑶族自治县三排瑶寨景区为个案,进行了实地调查与访谈,研究民族地区文化旅游资源产权权益安排对当地群众(文化旅游资源所有者)满意程度的影响.结果表明:不合理的产权权益安排,造成文化旅游资源所有者对资源开发收益现状不满意.该研究对调动文化旅游资源拥有者开发和保护文化旅游资源的积极性有着重要的现实意义.

Abstract: Based on rights theory and the particular case of Sanpai Yaozhai scenic area in Liannan Country,the effects of rights benefits arrangement on the satisfaction of owners of national minority cultural tourism resources were studied.The results obtained indicated that the unreasonable rights benefits arrangement causes dissatisfaction of owners with present benefit situation of tourism development.These results are very important to stimulate the enthusiasm of owners to develop and protect their cu...
