Abstract: Based on the "twenty words principle" of new rural construction and Socio-ecological ethics of "harmony between humanity and nature",and the principle of "nature-socio-economic complex ecosystem",the indicators and parameters of eco-"new countryside"were put forward. Whith eco-environmental quality Fuzzy evaluation principle,the composite fuzzy distance evaluation method of eco-"new countryside"was established.
