用蛇纹石尾矿制备氧化镁和二氧化硅的工艺研究

Study on the preparation of MgO and SiO_2 from tail-serpentine

  • 摘要: 对利用蛇纹石尾矿制取MgO和SiO2的工艺进行了探讨.实验证明,合适的工艺条件为:矿粒度小于80目,盐酸浓度为6mol/L,酸解温度为60℃左右,酸解时间约2~2.5h,产品MgO的收率为80%~85%,SiO2的收率为80%左右.

     

    Abstract: The preparation of MgO and SiO_2 from tail-serpentine was studied.The results show that the suitable conditions as follows: the size of serpentine below 80#, the concentration of hydrochloric acid 6 mol/L, the reaction temperature 60 ℃ ,the reaction time 2 to 2.5 hours. The yields of MgO and SiO_2 are 80%~85% and 80% respectively.
