摘要: 探讨了纳氏试剂比色法测定水中氨氮的最佳操作条件，找到了水样预处理的最佳ｐＨ值，并通过实验得出：为提高测量精度，必须准确控制测试液酸度。

Abstract: Oplimal determination conditions of hydrogen nitride nitrogen in water with Napierian reagent Colorimetric method was investigated and optimal pH for pre-treating water sample obtained.The results obtained shown that accurate controlling the solution acidity is necessary for increasing determination precison.
