铝合金无色化学氧化新工艺

A New Process of Chemical Oxidation on Aluinium Alloy

  • 摘要: 运用正交实验的方法研究了提高铝及其合金零件耐蚀性能的一种化学氧化新工艺。此工艺涉及的低浓度高稳定性化学氧化液含有K2Cr2O7、HF和过渡金属离子抗蚀剂等,总溶质含量在1g/L左右。该工艺能在常温下使铝零件表面快速生成无色铝氧化膜。该膜的各项技术指标达到了美国道格拉斯飞机公司相应技术标准(DPS),可用于对各种铝零件的表面的精细防护处理和外观装饰。

     

    Abstract: By means of cross-experiments,a new chemical oxidation process for promoting the corrosion resistance of the colourless oxidation film on alloy parts is investigated. A kind of high-stable,lower substance content solution,containing K2Cr2O7、HF and a little transitive metal nitrate,etc.,is prepared. The main technic targets of the film obtained have reached the criterion specified in DPS 9-45.This process can be used for the treatment of anti-corrosion and outerdecoration on various alluminium parts.
