Abstract: To study FDI and the urbanized level relations,the relevance analysis was carried on using social statistics software SPSS to 13 locally administered level FDI and urban development's correlation data of Jiangsu Province.The analysis result indicated that FDI and the urbanized level's relevant shows obvious regional difference,and in storage quantity FDI must be bigger than in the increase regarding urban development's promoter action FDI to the urban development promoter action.
