Abstract: According to the characteristic of Geo-spatial data and attribute data in college and university, this paper describes the data organization, function design and implementation in Campus Geographic Information System (CGIS) building,brings out the conception of combine CGIS building with GIS practice teaching,and searches a way to build a set of CGIS which suit local condition and to exericise the GIS application ability.
