Abstract: Based on the mathematic theory and foundation,the reasoning model of OTC intelligence consulting system in the network was built based on the fuzzy,and this reasoning model was analysed and validated by the instance.The keys of affecting the veracity of the fuzzy reasoning were brought forward resting with selecting the subjection function and making certain the fuzzy matrix.
