Abstract: The periodic solutions for a class of second order Hamiltonian systems with nondefinite linear term was studied.Under the subquadratic hypothesis which weakened the potential function corresponding condition,it is proved that the systems possess solutions with prescribed period by applying the saddle point theorem.
