摘要: 研究不同含氮配体对气相氧化羰化合成碳酸二甲酯负载铜催化剂性能的影响,筛选出催化性能好、稳定性高的含氮配体.实验结果表明,吡啶的催化剂效果最好.从30h稳定性实验结果看:甲醇的转化率为28.3%、DMC选择性97.3%、时空收率为165.3g/(kg.h);催化剂反应10h达到活性最高,较以前8h有明显改善;催化剂活性开始下降的时间也由15h延长到18h.Abstract: The effects of the nitrogen ligands,such as pyridine, methylpyridine, 2, 2 -bipyridine and ethylenediamine, on the activity and stability of the copper catalyst were investigated. The catalytic activities prepared by nitrogen ligand pretreatment decreased compared with the unpretreated support catalysts. This probably related to the disfavored effect of the coordination on the catalysts in a gas-solid reaction manner.
