桩侧+桩端后压浆提高基桩承载力的工程实践

Engineering Application of Post-grouting on the Tip and Side for Ultimate Bearing Capacity Improveme

  • 摘要: 详述了某工程采用桩侧桩端联合后压浆提高基桩承载力的施工方法,并对后压浆的10根试验桩和未压浆的2根锚桩进行了现场检测试验,对实测数据进行了分析。结果表明:桩侧桩端联合后压浆桩的桩长满足要求,桩身结构完整;联合后压浆桩的承载力比未压浆桩的承载力提高70%以上;将静载试验的最大荷载确定为单桩竖向极限承载力是偏于安全的,工程桩极限承载力按8800 kN设计是可靠的;使用桩侧桩端联合压浆提高桩承载力的方案是可行的,但在施工过程中要正确选择后压浆的地层、控制好压浆量和压浆压力。

     

    Abstract: The construction process of post-grouting on the tip and side for ultimate bearing capacity improvement is presented.10 piles with post-grouting on tip and side and 2 unpost-grouting piles are tested and analyzed.The results indicated that the length and integrity of piles are satisfactory.The untimate bearing capacity of post-grouting piles are 70% improved at least than that of unpost-grouting piles,making maximum vertical static loading of this time testing piles as ultimate bearing capacity is safer and designing single pile ultimate bearing capacity as 8 800 kN is secure.Post-grouting on the tip and side for ultimate bearing capacity improvement of the foundation pile is feasible but the proper grouting stata choosing.The accurate grounting volume and pressure controlling in the constrution of piles are needed
