Catalytic synthesis of dibutyl adipate with sodium bisulfate

  • 摘要: 硫酸氢钠能代替硫酸用作酯化反应催化剂 在一水硫酸氢钠存在下 ,用己二酸和正丁醇合成了己二酸二丁酯 当己二酸、正丁醇和硫酸氢钠的质量比为 1∶6∶0 14,回流分水 10 0min ,酯收率达 93 8% 同时研究了催化剂的重复使用性能

     

    Abstract: Sodiam bisulfate can be used as catalyst for the esterification instead of sulphuric acid.Dibutyl adipate was synthesis from adipic acid and n butyl alcohol in the presence of sodium bisulfate monohydrate.The yield of the ester could reach 93.8% under amoant of substance ratio of adipic acid,n butyl alcohol and sodium bisulfate were 1∶6∶0.14,refluxing and water segrating for 100 min.The reusabity of the catalyst was studied.
