Abstract:
A rapid and simple method was developed for cyanide determination using fluorescence anisotropy.The polymer is aggregative with Pd2+ added,which exhibit the increase of fluorescence anisotropy due to the enhancement of molecule volume.When the cyanide is added to the system,the aggregative polymer is disaggregated because cyanide is cooperated with Pd2+.This approach is rapid,simple and sensitive for the detection of cyanide.The detection range is 1×10-6~4×10-4 mol/L,and the detection limit is 1×10-6 mol/L.
