摘要: 制备了多壁纳米碳管修饰玻碳电极,研究了色氨酸在该电极上的电化学行为并优化了测定条件.与玻碳电极相比,该修饰电极明显降低了色氨酸的氧化峰电位,提高了氧化峰电流.在pH7.2的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,测定色氨酸的线性范围为2.5~140μmol/L,检出限为0.12μmol/L.对10μmol/L色氨酸测定的相对标准偏差为3.4%(n=8).一些常见物质对测定无干扰,应用于人体尿样中色氨酸的含量测定,结果满意Abstract: The multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNT)modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE)was developed.The electrochemical behavior of Tryptophan(Trp)was studied and the voltammetric determination parameters were optimized.The results indicated that the oxidation peak potential of Trp decreased and the peak current increased obviously on the modified electrode compared with that of the bare GCE.It was found that the oxidation peak current was linear with the Trp concentration in the range of 2.5~140 μmol/L in pH7.2 phosp...
