动力学催化光度法测定痕量钒

Determination of Trace Vanadium by Kinetic Catalytic Spectrophotometry

  • 摘要: 在H3PO4介质中,抗坏血酸存在下,痕量钒能灵敏地催化K IO4氧化甲基绿褪色.研究了该催化褪色反应的最佳条件,建立了一种测定痕量钒的新方法.该法的线性范围为0.1~1.0 ng/mL,检出限为2.90×10-10g.m L-1,可用于芹菜和小麦中钒的测定.

     

    Abstract: A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount Vanadium was developed.It is based on the fact that V(Ⅴ) can catalyze the decolorizing of methyl green with KIO_4 in the medium of H_3PO_4 and Vc.The linear range of Ⅴ(V) is 0.1~1.0 ng·mL~(-1),and the determination limit is 2.90×10~(-10)g·mL~(-1).The method has been used for the determination of trace Vanadium in celery and wheat with satisfactory results.
