阴-阳离子改性沸石处理染料废水

Treatment of Dye Wastewater with Anion-Cation Modified Zeolite

  • 摘要: 用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和十二烷基硫酸钠复合改性天然沸石制备阴-阳离子改性沸石.通过X-衍射(XRD)和红外吸收光谱(IR)表征阴-阳离子改性沸石的结构,探讨阴-阳离子改性沸石对亚甲基蓝染色废水的去除效果.结果表明:当溶液pH为8、常温、振荡时间为100 min、改性沸石用量为20 g/L时,阴-阳离子改性沸石对浓度为160 mg/L的亚甲基蓝的去除率达99.32%,残余浓度远远低于国家排放标准.阴-阳离子改性沸石对亚甲基蓝的吸附规律较好地符合Langmuir吸附等温式,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程
