阳离子交换树脂催化合成没食子酸正丁酯

Catalytic synthesis of butyl gallate with cation resin

  • 摘要: 以酸化的732型阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,醇酸直接酯化合成没食子酸正丁酯.对醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量和反应时间进行了正交试验,得出最佳工艺条件为:醇酸摩尔比为15∶1,催化剂用量为没食子酸质量的50%,反应时间10h.

     

    Abstract: The butyl gallate was prepared by esterification of alcohol and gallic acid with catalysis of cation resin.The orthogonal experiments of molar ratio alcohol to gallic acid,quantities of catalyst and reaction time were carried out.The optimal conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of alcohol to gallic acid is 15∶1,the mass ratio of catalyst to gallic is 50∶100,and reaction time is 10 hours.
