几种抗氧化剂对螺旋藻混合营养培养影响的比较

A Comparison on Several Antioxidants Influence on the Mixotrophic Culture of Spirulina Platensis

  • 摘要: 研究了不同浓度抗氧化剂Na2S2O3、Vc、Cys对钝顶螺旋藻混合营养培养的影响.以干质量作为生长指标,培养9 d后,测定细胞干质量,发现随着抗氧化剂浓度的增加,细胞干质量逐渐增加,但到一定浓度后,细胞干质量开始下降.最大细胞干质量分别是:2.42、1.81、1.71 g/L,抗氧化效果以Na2S2O3最好.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the influences of antioxidant Na2S2O3,Vc and Cys on mixotrophic fed-batch culture of S.platensis were studied.The result shows that with the antioxidant concentrations increase the cell dry weights gradually increase,but the cell dry weights start to drop to certain concentration of antioxidants after 9 days,according to the standard of the cell dry weight.Each of the highest cell dry weight respectively is 2.42、1.81、1.71 g/L,so the antioxidized effect of Na2S2O3 is the best.
