Abstract: An allonmetric equation with fractal property which can be used to describe the interaction of cities is deduced from a general mathematical definition of urban systems .Then a series of shared coefficients as fractal dimension are calculated by using variabte of the urban populatlon of North Henan Province as variable.And the theoretical hypothesis brought forward are then verified.
