溶胶-凝胶干燥工艺对粉体烧结活性的影响研究

  • 摘要: 以柠檬酸-硝酸盐-乙二醇体系为研究对象,以共沸蒸馏与减压蒸馏联合工艺为技术手段,以提高溶胶凝胶脱水率、进而提高粉体的烧结活性为目的,开展了溶胶凝胶干燥工艺对粉体烧结活性的影响研究.研究结果表明:溶胶凝胶在高温条件下加热脱水会导致合成粉体形成硬团聚,影响粉体的烧结活性;使用共沸减压蒸馏可有效提高溶胶凝胶的脱水率,有机溶剂在水中的溶解度越小,脱水的效率就越大;溶胶凝胶的脱水率直接影响合成粉体的烧结活性,脱水率越大,粉体的烧结活性越高.

     

    Abstract: The aim of this paper is to increase the dehydrating ratio of citric-nitrate-EG sol-gel with azeotropic distillation and vacuum distillation, and further more, to boost the activity of powders. The experiment results indicated that dehydrating in high temperature will lead to hard-agglomeration.
