草浆黑液木素的常温泡载分离(Ⅰ)

Stuay on the Extracting Flavonoids Compounds From Ginkgo Leaves——Selection of Soluent

摘要: 本文研究了影响草浆黑液木素泡载分离的几个重要因素。结果表明，分离工艺的最佳设计参数为：气浮池截面积与曝气器面积比为２～３１；长径比为２１；木素气浮分离率保证在９５％以上的气固比为０．０２８；与附加热源加热重力分离相比，具有运行连续性，效果好、费用低等优点，另外对两种方法的经济技术分析也表明，常温泡载分离更具显著的优越性。

Abstract: In this paper, We have made the experiment of extraction flavonoids compounds from ginkgo leaves by the two methods of hot soak and cold soak with alcohol solution of different concentrations.The results obtained show that the experiment effect is optimum with 60% alcohol as sovent in hot soak and with 70% as sovent in cold soak respectively.
