  • 摘要: 采用新型超细全硫化粉末丙烯酸酯橡胶增韧改性酚醛树脂,通过傅里叶红外光谱、DTA-TG等研究了改性树脂的界面反应和耐热性.研究结果表明,超细丙烯酸酯橡胶表面存在大量的活性基团,可以与酚醛树脂发生化学键连接,因此可以同时提高改性树脂的耐热性和冲击强度;力学性能研究表明采用改性树脂制备的树脂磨具的强度和韧性都得到提高,同时材料的硬度不变,因此该树脂可广泛应用于精磨和抛光磨具.
    Abstract: A new ultra-fine full-vulcanized powdered acrylic rubber was used to modify phenolic resin in this paper. The interface reaction and heat resistance of the modified resin were studied with FTIR and DTA-TG. Experiment results showed that many active groups exist in the surface of ultra-fine powdered acrylic rubber, so it can joint with phenolic resin by chemical bond.
