Abstract: This paper discusses an agestructured MSEIR epidemic model with an agedependent vaccination rate ψ(a).Under the assumption of constantsized population,by using the theory of C0semigroup of bounded linear operator in functional analysis and the theory of integral equation,the existence and uniqueness of nonnegative solutions of this model are proved.
