Abstract: The paper introduces a new intelligent device for collecting and regulating various data just for the requirement of security of a high temperature boiler in a factory.With 8031 single chip processor as the core,the device uses LED digital tube to show the temperature,pressure and the water level,to collect and to regulate the data.The structure of the device is clear,with high security,simple regulating.
