摘要: 采用固相反应法制备了系列铁掺杂稀土锰基氧化物La0.67Ca0.33Mn1-xFexO3(其中0≤x≤0.1)样品,利用X射线衍射(XRD)对该样品的晶体结构进行了表征.结果表明:在整个替代范围内,样品单相性很好,呈正交相结构,说明铁离子完全进入了晶格内部,铁离子对Mn位的替代是有效的.Abstract: A series of Fe-doped Manganese oxide materials La0.67Ca0.33Mn1-xFexO3(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2) were prepared by standard solid reaction method.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the samples have a single phase and are orthorhombic structure,indicating that Fe irons entered into the lattice and substituted Mn ions effectively.
